Owner Melody McLeod
While my teaching kitchen, Table 101, was on pause and having too much time on my hands during quarantine, I started making little cheese boards for my friends and family. This is where my inspiration came to start this new venture and a fun way to keep my culinary creative juices flowing.
Before opening Table 101, I worked for the Non-Profit Common Threads as a chef instructor. Our mission was to teach at-risk youth nutrition through a hands-on after school culinary program. I have also worked for Cooks Illustrated Magazine as a test cook assistant and as a prep cook for the TV show Americas Test Kitchen. I received my culinary degree from Boston University in 2004.
